Hi all!

Been a stretch since Ive written. Not much has happened! So, then, the conundrum is..what DO I write about if there isnt much that I find exciting?? Here are a few things.

Since Ive last posted, Ive lost a total of 20.8lbs. Im fairly excited about that. This diet is hard. (Read B-R-U-T-A-L). Its 500 calories a day, with the injection of HCG in the morning. Its hard. Really hard. I am having crazy cravings. I want Taco Bell, Cozumel, yeast rolls, long john silvers... Sometimes, this all happens in a 20 minute period. Im wondering if its LIKE being pregnant. Do the injections mimic that so seriously that you have those cravings too? Idk.

I also got my eggs in the mail. (CHICKEN eggs...not like, baby eggs). First 12 hours I had them, I incubated them up to 105 degrees. Im hoping it was a SLOW boil, not a rapid one, otherwise, they're all dead. I cried over this. I am so excited for the baby chicks to hatch.. If I killed them...I'll be really really sad.

Found a Beagle yesterday. Or should I say, the neighbors found me a beagle. What was I supposed to do? Leave her outside?! She could be killed on the road! She's super sweet, and also is full of milk. Im wondering if she lost a litter, weaned recently, or just forgot where she left them. She and I traipsed all over the countryside yesterday looking for cute little beagle puppies, to no avail :( I ended up with 4 ticks and a seriously swollen right eye (allergies! even though I dont really have them, lol) and zero pups. I did meet the guy that owns all the land behind us though. He was super nice, and very concerned for the dog and her pups.

So for now, the Beagles name is Polly and shes sleeping inside :) Had to treat HER for ticks, cause clearly, she's gathered a few more than me over the last few weeks.. Im turning the eggs every 12 (or 14) hours, and we'll hope they hatch. Sometime into June, I should know. Hope I dont get a craving for eggs and eat them! I feel like Edward with bella LOL.
